As a new patient

at Klassdental, the first appointment we’d like to arrange for you is a New Patient Examination. This appointment will involve reviewing your Medical History Form, followed by X-rays (if necessary) and a thorough dental examination of the health of your gums, teeth and mouth. We will also take the time to get to know you and to discuss any treatment preferences and your short and long-term goals as regards to your dental status.

The appointment

will establish an initial diagnosis and a proposed treatment plan. If the situation is complex and a treatment plan cannot be offered straight away, or if further investigations are needed, we might need to offer a second appointment to present to you, explain and agree upon the treatment plan proposed.

We will make sure

that we are presenting all available and viable options for your particular situation, and will not rush you into taking any uninformed decisions. We will give you the opportunity to ask questions and express your concerns and we will listen to what you have to say.

Once a treatment plan

is agreed upon, a consent form will be produced so you can read it in your own time and sign the acceptance either on our clinipads or on your patient portal.

Our policy is that the payment for the treatment is taken in advance, to ensure your commitment to the proposed course of action.
